Yes, the town might not technically ever fall under the influence of the Elk Grovian Sphere, but wait until the eastward sprawl of 19,000 more housal units pushes an additional 7,000 cars daily through Bilby/Hood Franklin to I-5 to get to all those non-local jobs.
Not under the influence?
It seems to becoming crystal clear that residents on both the west and east side are not in favor of the SOI. Can someone explain EXACTLY why the City of Elk Grove wants all this land if the landowners are not in general agreement? It smacks of government out of control and out of touch with the citizens they serve. The entire SOI process needs to be re-evaluated; discussed and substanitiated with facts, not theories.
