Elk Grove Lady Mugged by Teens

An Elk Grove lady reported she was mugged late last night.

According to police reports, the 57-year old victim was walking alone along Genevea Pointe Drive and Patmon Drive when she was approached from behind by two suspects. The two suspects grabbed the victims purse and physically struck her as she fell to the ground.

The suspects fled the area on foot in an unknown direction and the victim sustained minor injuries.

The victim described the two thug suspects as a Hispanic male, 17, wearing a red shirt with black shorts and an African-America male, 17, wearing dark clothing.
