Jim Cooper Answers Questions on Grand Jury, Former Police Chief Robert Simmons Endorsement of Scott Jones

During a live interview/candidate debate yesterday on Capital Public Radio's Insight program, Elk Grove City Council Member Jim Cooper answered questions on the high costs of Elk Grove's police department, the Grand Jury investigation and why the former Elk Grove Police Chief endorsed his main opponent in the race to be the next Sheriff of Sacramento County.

Cooper offers some insight on why former Elk Grove Police Chief  Robert Simmons, endorsed his main opponent,  Scott Jones. After stating the reason why he believes Simmons did not endorse him, Cooper added, "That's the reason why Chief Simmons still does not like me to this day."
