In the four way race to fill two vacant seats on the Cosumnes Community Services District, three of the four contenders are statistically tied.
With 122 of 140 precincts reporting, Rod Brewer has taken the lead with 9,988 votes or 29.76 percent. Doug McElroy has slipped to second with 9,795 votes or 29.15 percent.
In third place is Rich Lozano with 9,472 votes or 28.19 percent and Cliff Loveland with 4,237 or 12.61 percent.
