Cosumnes Fire Department “Boot Drive” to Raise Funds for Burn Institute

Firefighters from the Cosumnes Fire Department (CFD) will be conducting a “Boot Drive” to raise money for the Firefighters Burn Institute. The institute aids burn survivors with treatment and therapy as well as funding a children’s burn-survivor summer camp.

The CFD’s 2011 fund raising goal is $30,000. With your help they can reach this goal. 

Firefighters will be braving rainy and cold weather tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the intersection of Bruceville Road and Laguna Blvd. in Elk Grove.
