No guns displayed during robbery

An Elk Grove credit union was held up by two robbers yesterday morning in Elk Grove.

According to Elk Grove Police, two unknown black male suspects wearing camouflage entered the California Community Credit Union on the 4800 block of Laguna Blvd at 10:26 yesterday morning and demanded cash from an employee. Fearing for their safety, the employee complied and were given an undisclosed amount if cash.

The suspects then exited the store and were last seen going into the parking lot. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects.

The first suspect is described as being 6’ tall, 140 lbs and the second was described as being 5’6”, 180 lbs. They were both wearing dark sunglasses and camouflage military style caps.

No weapons were displayed during the robbery and no surveillance images were released.
