Elk Grove Police Arrest Duo for Outstanding Warrants, Drugs

A Sacramento man and woman were arrested late last night after it was discovered there were outstanding warrants for their arrests.

According to police reports, 29-year old Maisee Her and 33-year-old Koh Moua were in vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation near Sheldon Road and Whitehouse Road. A records search revealed both had outstanding warrants for their arrest and that Moua was on probation.

A vehicle search also led to the discovery of narcotics and paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail.
