At a time of day when other teenagers are in school, two Elk Grove male juveniles were arrested yesterday morning on suspicion of a residential burglary.
According to Elk Grove Police, officers responded to an in-progress burglary on the 8600 block of Adamstown Way and discovered the rear window of the residence had been broken out. Officers observed the two suspects ages 16 and 15 inside the residence.
After detaining both suspects officers determined that the suspects did not have permission to be inside the residence and they were in possession of property that had been taken from inside the residence. Both suspects were taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.
