An Elk Grove man was arrested early Thursday after he was apprehend outside an abandoned house.
According to police reports 20-year old Dalamar Hayes was found inside of the house on the 9800 block of Turtle Dove just after midnight. When officers located the suspect, he fled the residence and hid in the backyard.
After being apprehended, officers also discovered property Hayes allegedly took from the house. Hayes was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
