Found to possess nunchucks, stun gun


An Elk Grove man who argued with his Grandmother was arrested yesterday morning after he was found to be in possession of a stun gun and nunchucks.

According to police reports, officer responded to the 9600 block of Nordman Way after receiving a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted 29-year-old Brian Foster of who was found to be on probation.

Officers determined that Foster was the caretaker of his 84-year old Grandmother and were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, the victim called 911.

Foster reportedly took the phone out of his Grandmother's hand and broke it. A probation search of his  room led to the discovery of a pair of nunchucks and a stun gun.

Foster was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
