A vehicle code violation led to the arrest of a Sacramento man early Monday morning.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, officers stopped 26-year old Landon Minnifield on the 7300 block of Mimosa Way. A search of the suspect led to the discovery of marijuana.
A search of his vehicle led to the discover of more marijuana and an unregistered loaded firearm. Miinifield was arrested and transferred to the county jail.

If I am reading this right, it looks as though this is being delayed because there are mistakes/omissions in the draft EIR.
