Elk Grove City Council Member Steve Detrick was accused of ethics violation during the June 13, 2012 Elk Grove City Council meeting.

The accusation was by made of Dannetta Garcia of PEARL (Promoting Ethical Accountable and Responsible Leadership.) As part of the allegation, Garcia also promised to request a formal investigation by the Sacramento County Grand Jury.

At the end of the Garcia's presentation, Detrick commented on the accusation leveled against him.
