Scherman's sign located on the corner of Elk Grove-Florin Road and Emerald Crest appeared to have defaced upon inspection early this morning. An examination of the sign revealed what appeared to be a so-called QR code sticker pasted on the sign and partially covered by brown paint.
Earlier in the campaign cycle one of Scherman's sign was allegedly defaced by one of her five mayoral opponents. Subsequent to the arrest, charges against the opponent have been dropped.
For her part Scherman seemed resigned to seeing her signs being vandalized again. "Well I guess I am still the target," she said.

Who to blame now? Only one other female running for Mayor and you've already tried to hijack her campaign platform. (Already tried to knock out Lawanna.)
Well hear she goes again. She will try to destroy someone else. She is good at that. Destroying peoples lives. She is a mean person. Just look at her record between the EGCSC and the city. See how many people she has tried and have destroyed.
