Suspects fires bee-bee gun at victims car as he flees

An Elk Grove man was robbed at gunpoint in broad daylight yesterday afternoon as he was leaving an Elk Grove fast food restaurant.

According to Elk Grove Police, the 47-year old male was leaving the fast food outlet on Laguna Blvd. and Franklin Blvd. when he was confronted by four unknown, black male juvenile suspects. One of the suspects pulled out a BB/Pellet gun and pinned the victim against a wall and demanded money.

A second suspect lifted up his shirt displaying the handle of what appeared to be a real handgun in his waistband. Fearing for his safety, the victim broke free from the suspects and ran to his nearby vehicle.

The suspect with the BB gun shot at victims vehicle. The four suspects rode away on bicycles and were not located by responding officers.

The first suspect was 15 to 17 years of age and was wearing a black T-shirt with blue shorts. The second suspect was also 15 to 17 years of age, with short hair and was wearing multi-colored socks.
