An early Wednesday morning traffic stop led to the arrests of four suspects and the discovery of stolen property.

According to Elk Grove Police, 19-year old Jose Perez of Sacramento was operating a car that was stopped for a motor vehicle code violation on Highway 99 near Sheldon Road. A records check revealed Perez was on probation and did not have a drivers license.

A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of stolen goods. Perez and three other suspects, 23-year old Juan Ruelas, 19-year old Juan Ruelas and a 15-year old male juvenile male, all of Sacramento were arrested.

Perez remain in custody for violating his parole.
