Two men were arrested late Saturday night after they allegedly skipped on their tab at an Elk Grove steakhouse.

According to Elk Grove Police, 19-year old Marquise Rodriguez of Stockton and 20-year old Jacob Tanson of Sacramento dined at the Outback Steakhouse on Laguna Blvd. and left without paying their bill. Responding officers located the dine and dash suspects a short distance away.

A restaurant employee positively identified both suspects who were arrested and taken to the county jail for their next meal. Rodriguez is in custody on $10,000 bail while Tanson remains in custody on charges from Sacramento Police and is ineligible for bail.
