An Elk Grove man was arrested early Thursday morning after making harassing phone calls to 911.
According to Elk Grove Police, 47-year old Subash Chand made four calls to 911 over a 60-minute period. During the calls the suspect harassed dispatchers and used vulgar language.
Officers were dispatched to Chand's residence where he was arrested on misdemeanor telephone harassment charges and taken to the county jail.
