An Elk Grove pizzeria was robbed yesterday afternoon by a man wearing an Oakland Raiders jacket.

According to police reports, the unknown man entered the Papa John's on the 6600 block of Laguna Blvd. and handed an employee demanding money. Fearing for her safety, the employee opened the cash register where the robber reached in and grabbed an undetermined amount of cash.

The robber fled in an unknown direction. In addition to sporting the gray Raiders jacket, the suspect was described as a white male adult, 40-50 years of age, 5'6", heavy set with gray beard and mustache.
