Elk Grove Police arrested a Sacramento man last night who returned to the scene of a fight.

According to police reports, officers responded to the Super Taco Restaurant located on the 4700 block of Laguna Boulevard after a patron called in saying a fight was taking place and one of the parties in the fight might be armed with a handgun. When officers arrived, 26-year old Perry Anderson of Sacramento had already left the facility.

Officers determined that Anderson had been inside the restaurant challenging a customer to a fight. While inside the restaurant, Anderson allegedly began flipping tables and broke several table tops and a menu sign.

While officers were on scene, Anderson drove into the parking lot and was detained. A records check revealed that Anderson was on probation.

Anderson was arrested then transported to the main jail where he remains in custody on $40,000 bail. No weapons were located.
