Man Robbed by Armed Gunman in Old Town Elk Grove

A pedestrian was robbed at gunpoint in Old Town Elk Grove yesterday afternoon.

According to Elk Grove Police, the 18-year old victim and two friends were walking near Grove and Railroad streets when a green Honda with four males and one female passed them then turned around and stopped by the victim. Two males exited the car with one of them demanding the victim's personal belongings.

The victim noticed one of the suspects had a handgun in his waistband and complied with the demands. All of the suspects drove away after stealing the victim's property.

The armed suspect was described as an 18-year old white male. The victim was unhurt, and responding officers were unable to locate the suspect vehicle.
