According to financial documents filed last week with Elk Grove City Clerk, Elk Grove Mayor Gary Davis raised $9,750 for the six-month period ending June 30, 2014.

Davis received a total of 18 donations, two of which were from individuals and the balance from business and other interests. The largest contribution amount was $1,000 which was received from Laborers Local 185, California Real Estate PAC (CREPAC), UCFW Local 8, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 447, Thomas Winn, Flagstone Land Holding, and MMS Strategies.

Davis, who was first elected to the city council in 2006 as the city's District 4 representative and mayor in 2012, reported a total of $22,357 in his account for the period. The entire report can be viewed here.
