Good job EGPD.
Too bad he didn't "reach for his waistband" at the time the police arrested him a parole violation charge.
Would have saved us taxpayers a heck of a lot of money.
It will be interesting to see the timeline in this case. Obviously this suspect was arrested after he allegedly killed the victim, but by whom? Was he arrested in Elk Grove, Sacramento?
Unless I am being prejudicial, this suspect doesn't look like a professional hit man. The suspect and victim don't seem to match that sort of profile. So if he killed the man by stabbing him, did he not already have blood on his person? I can only guess that the investigators had to match blood, prints etc. The timeline is really curious - he kills the guy then arrested shortly thereafter. It will be interesting to see the facts in this case.
