Elk Grove Liquor Store Robbed at Gunpoint, Suspect Gets Away

An Elk Grove liquor store was robbed at gunpoint late last night.

According to Elk Grove Police, an unknown male entered Lucky Liquor at 8723 Elk Grove Blvd. and brandished a handgun at a female employee. The employee complied with the gunman's demands to turn over cash and merchandise. 

The suspect was seen driving away in an older style four-door vehicle, possibly maroon or dark in color. The suspect was described as being 5'10" tall, wearing a black mask and black hoodie 

The employee was not injured during the robbery and responding officers were unable to locate the suspect or vehicle.
