An Elk Grove man is in custody after he was arrested early yesterday afternoon on a series of charges including elder abuse.

Adrian Bonilla is accused
of elder abuse. 


According to Elk Grove Police, 32-year old Adrian Bonilla was arrested at the Elk Grove resident of a 72-year old male family member. Bonilla allegedly verbally threatened the victim and prevented him from using a phone or leaving the residence.  



Responding officers arrested the suspect who was booked into the county jail. Bonilla remains in custody on charges including elder abuse, false imprisonment, domestic violence, violation of a restraining order and violating terms of probation and has a bail of $605,000.
