A routine traffic stop last night led to the arrest of an Elk Grove woman with an outstanding arrest warrant.
According to Elk Grove Police, a records check of a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a code violation near Bruceville Road and Laguna Boulevard revealed that 55-year old Louise Anne Bruner had an outstanding warrant out for her arrest.
