A 69-year old woman was victimized late Friday night in Elk Grove by a purse snatcher.
According to Elk Grove Police, the victim was getting into her car on the 7200 block of Laguna Boulevard when she was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect forcibly grabbed the victim's purse and fled on foot.
The victim was not injured during the robbery. The suspect was described as a Hispanic
male, 17-18 years of age, 5'5", with a dark baseball cap, shoulder length straight dark colored hair,
mustache and a red hoodie.
Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect.

Sad that the "alleged"elder abusing thief didn't run into a light pole and save the taxpayers money.
