A 16-year old boy was arrested late yesterday afternoon after he allegedly robbed an Elk Grove Restaurant.

According to Elk Grove Police, the Sacramento juvenile entered the Wrap N' Roll restaurant on Whitelock Parkway and brandished a handgun demanding money. When an employee opened the cash register, the suspect grabbed the cash from the drawer and fled on foot.

With the assistance of witnesses, officers located and detained the teenager a short distance away from the business. Officers later located the clothing and imitation firearm he used in the robbery.

The suspect was taken into custody and found to be in possession of U.S. Currency taken from the business along with a register receipt. The suspect was processed at EGPD then transported to juvenile hall where he is being charged with robbery.

That is close to where the elderly Chinese man was stabbed to death at 7 a.m. on a weekday by a ghetto rat.

Mr. Ghetto Rat had a prior arrest for assault and battery at the shopping center in which Wrap and Roll is located.

Mr. Rat is still in jail being held for the murder charges.

So you and my taxpayer dollars are going to pay for Mr. Rat's housing, free medical care and food? We are also paying for the cost of his legal defense.
