Suspected Impaired Man Smashes Church Window, Arrested by Elk Grove Police

In an act that is unlikely to bring him good Karma, an Elk Grove man was arrested for allegedly smashing a church window.

Shortly before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Elk Grove Police officers were dispatched to the Laguna Chinese Baptist Church on Neosho Drive regarding an audible alarm. Upon arrival at the church, officers found 21-year old James Henry near the smashed window.  

Henry also displayed objective signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after officers determined he was responsible for the vandalism. The suspect is being held at the county jail on a $226,000 bail and faces four felony and three misdemeanor charges.
