Intruder Points Gun at Victim, Flees After Brief Struggle in Elk Grove Residence

An Elk Grove resident was confronted by an armed gunman inside their home early Friday morning.

Shortly after midnight an unknown suspect gained entry to a residence on the 9200 block of Sabrina Lane. The suspect pointed a gun at the male victim and they became involved in brief struggle.

Following the struggle, the assailant fled the location. The suspect was described as a Black male adult, in his 20's,  wearing a white t-shirt. 

The firearm was not discharged and there was no loss of property reported at this time.
