Serial Sex Offender Arrested by Stockton Police on Suspicion of Indecent Exposure

A serial sex offender is in custody today after he was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of indecent exposure. 

Stockton Police officers responded to West and March lanes in the Valley Oak District after receiving calls about a male adult driving a Toyota Prius and exposing himself. The suspect and vehicle matched the description of a serial sex offender who is wanted on numerous indecent exposure incidents. 

Officers located the vehicle and detained the suspect. The suspect, Cornealius Moore, 54 (pictured above), was positively identified by the victim and turned over to detectives to be interviewed and then booked into jail.
