Six suspects
arrested by Elk Grove Police between Friday, April 14 and Sunday, April 16
included charges of suspected possession of methamphetamine.
On Friday
morning a probationer, who was initially contacted on suspicion of burglarizing
a vehicle, Brian Marshall, 37, of Sacramento, was allegedly found in possession
of over 9 grams of methamphetamine following a probation search.
Late Friday
morning police officers responded to a call of suspicious activity on the 8600
block of Diamond Oak Way. One of the suspects contacted, Carmen Morales, 36, of
Sacramento was found to have an outstanding warrant, and a subsequent allegedly
revealed she was in possession of one gram of methamphetamine.
Early
Saturday morning police contacted Dustin Rodis, 42, of Elk Grove who was sitting
in a vehicle. Rodis was found to be on probation and a search reportedly led to
the discovery of 1.79 grams of a crystal-like substance resembling
Methamphetamine.
Late
Saturday night police contacted Rashaud Granderson, 25, and Randell Anderson,
53, both of Sacramento following traffic stop. A record revealed the suspects
were on parole and probation respectively.
A search of
Anderson allegedly led to the discovery of 1.79 grams of crystal-like substance
resembling Methamphetamine. Anderson was cited and released. Granderson
was taken into custody after it was revealed he had an outstanding arrest
warrant.
A
search of the vehicle reportedly led to the discovery of 3.07 grams of a crystal like substance
resembling Methamphetamine was recovered. Whetson was arrested and booked into
the county jail.
