Nude Suspect Causes Disturbance at Convenience Store, Arrested After Resisting Elk Grove Police

A naked Galt man who caused a disturbance at a gas station convenience store was taken into custody after he allegedly resisted arrest.

Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, March 20, Maximillion Davis, 20, was naked inside the AM/PM  store on the 10400 block of Grant Line Road and causing a disturbance. Davis allegedly was throwing objects about and trying to break a window.

Davis then reportedly went outside and started striking vehicles that were parked in the lot. Responding Elk Grove Police officers were met with resistance when they attempted to detain the suspect.

After securing Davis, he was arrested for being under the influence of an illegal drug and booked into the county jail. Davis was released later the same day.
