Suspect in Hit and Run Incident Sought by Elk Grove Police

Elk Grove Police are seeking assistance identifying a person wanted on suspicion of being involved in a hit and run incident last month. 

Detectives from the department's traffic division have released surveillance picture of a suspect they believe was involved in the incident on June 15 at the gas station on the southeast corner of Elk Grove and East Stockton boulevards.  There were no injuries, however, there was extensive damage done to the other vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was a white colored Dodge Ram hauling a large Big Tex brand trailer. Anyone with information regarding this hit and run is asked to call the Elk Grove Police Department Traffic Bureau at (916) 627-3714 or Crime Stoppers at (916) 443-HELP (4357).
