Long before he was the mayor of Sacramento, Darrell Steinberg served on the Sacramento City Council. This picture dated from 1992 prior to his service in the State Assembly and Senate.
While Steinberg had thicker hair, and sported a cheesy 1980s Tom Selleck-style mustache, he has aged pretty well notwithstanding several harrowing Sacramento City Council meetings.
