As part of the meeting held by Elk Grove District 1 City Councilmember Darren Suen regarding the California Northstate University's hospital project, California Northstate University spokesperson Brian Holloway of Holloway Land was on hand to answer questions.
As part of his presentation, Holloway discussed how CNU is able to evict several of the small businesses at the Stonelake Landing shopping center.

Mr. Holloway and Dr. Cheung's approach to landlord-tenant relations seems mimic Maslow's law of the instrument that if the only tool you have is a hammer, then every problem is a nail.
