Elk Grove Water District to reopen customer service counter

The Elk Grove Water District, which serves about half of Elk Grove residents, has announced it will reopen its customer service counter.
The announcement came in the most recent billing statement. According to the information distributed to ratepayers, the district's customer service counter at 9257 Elk Grove Blvd. will resume operations on Monday, May 17.
While the counter will be reopened following last year's closure, only one customer at a time will be admitted inside, and masks will be required.
