Sunrise Sacramento forum to feature candidates for Congress, Sacramento DA

The group Sacramento Sunrise will hold a virtual candidate forum this weekend featuring some of the candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives, California State Senate, Sacramento County District Attorney, and San Juan Unified School District. 

The forums will be held on Saturday, January 15, and Sunday, January 16, and will be live-streamed via their YouTube channel. Among the candidates featured is Sacramento County District Attorney candidate Alana Mathews. 

Sunrise Sacramento is a youth-led movement that describes itself as part of "Sunrise, a national movement of young people fighting to stop climate change and create millions of green jobs in the process of a just transition away from fossil fuels."
