Singh-Allen's 2024 Elk Grove mayoral reelection campaign funding approaches $200k

Unlike the four district Elk Grove City Council members, the Elk Grove mayor's term is only two years. Consequently, there is no break in that officeholder's pursuit of campaign cash.

This fact was evident in fundraising activities for second-term Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen. According to financial disclosures filed with the Elk Grove City Clerk, Ms. Singh-Allen raised $64,963 for the six months ending June 30, 2023.

With the new funds, Singh-Allen enters the second half of 2023 with $198,769. Singh-Allen's significant contributions included the following:
  • Allen Construction Expeditors - $2,500
  • Angelo K, Tsakopoulus and Affiliated Entities -  $5,500
  • Californians for a Growing Economy and Safe Streets - $1,000
  • Committee for Home Ownership, Northstate Building Association - $1,000
