Old Town-Historic Downtown Elk Grove traffic advisory for annual Dickens Faire

On Saturday, November 25, Elk Grove will hold its annaul Dickens Faire in Old Town-Historic Downtown Downtown Elk Grove. The event will include an appearance by Santa Claus and visitors can enjoy games, food, and entertainment.  

To accommodate the event, road closures and alternative routes around the event have been set up between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Road closures to support the Festival will affect the following main streets and adjacent streets in both directions:

• Elk Grove Blvd from 2nd Avenue to School Street

The Old Town Elk Grove Dickens Street Faire takes place from 10 am to 5 pm. Elk Grove Blvd. will remain closed for the Holiday Tree Lighting at 6:00 pm.
