Elk Grove Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen's fundraising effort has grown her 2024 campaign war chest over $100,000. The required disclosure was revealed on Singh-Allen's California Form 460 filed with the Elk Grove city clerk's office.
For the six months ending December 31, 2023, Singh-Allen raised $45,478. For 2023, the two-term mayor raised $110,410, which increased her entire campaign war chest to $235,006.
Among the notable entries on Singh-Allen's report was a $1,000 donation to her District 3 City Councilman Kevin Spease. Singh-Allen also returned a $500 donation she received from disgraced and criminally indicted former Sacramento City Councilmember Sean Loloee.
Additionally, on December 29, Singh-Allen returned an individual donation of $5,000 she received on December 1, Mandeep Ark of Fresno. The individual is listed Ark as the owner of Ark Decorations.
