The Elk Grove Planning Commission held the first meeting of the month on September 5. The meeting lasted about 45 minutes.
The one item of significance was the approval of a proposed seven structure medical office complex on Laguna Springs Drive just south of Elk Grove Boulevard and within the boundaries of the Laguna Springs specific planning area. The six acre project was approved 4 - 0 with one commissioner, Juan Fernandez absent.
