Ballerini has substantial lead over Ortiz in EGUSD Area 6 race

As of the 10:15 p.m. tallies, Jennifer has a substantial lead over Jacquline Ortiz in the race for Elk Grove Unified School District Area 6 race.

Ballerini has 61 percent, 4,830 votes, and Ortiz has 3,058 for 38 percent. Ballerini and Ortiz are seeking to fill the open seat.
