Moore has wide lead in early tallies for EGUSD Area 7 seat

Initial tallies in the closely watched race for the Area 7 seat on the Elk Grove Unified School District Board of Trustees show Heidi Moore with a wide lead over the two other candidates. 

Moore has 4,519 votes for 45 percent to 2,784 votes for incumbent Carmine Forcina and 2,712 for Rehana Rehman. Forcina both have 27 percent.
