Madame could care less about the new code of ethics--she doesn't plan on being around here much longer. For her, every person, every event, every selfie is aimed at loading up her warchest and hopping onto the House of Representatives Express train.

Unless a grand jury ever finds any irregularities in how the City conducts business, it will be business-as-usual and this new code of ethics is like throwing a piece of candy to the spectators watching the parade pass by.

BSA is the type of person that if she ever got a job where helping constituents is a main part of the job - not being a glad-handing mayor - say in Congress, she would not help people who didn't support her, much less criticize her. She is a vengeful person who keeps track of every misdeed against her, real or imagined who will channel the orange guy's pettiness if given the opportunity.
