Congressman Bera to Conduct Federal Budget Workshop in Rancho Cordova

Congressman Ami Bera (D - Elk Grove) will hold a budget workshop tomorrow night in Rancho Cordova.

The interactive workshop is being held so constituents can voice their opinion on Federal budget priorities. The free workshop will be conducted in cooperation with the Concord Coalition, a national nonpartisan organization dedicated to fostering bipartisan solutions to our nation’s fiscal challenges.

Participants will work in small groups to simulate federal budget negotiations. Participants will learn about ways America can address our debt issues, share your budget priorities, and recommend a package of policies to help get America’s fiscal house in order.
