After detaining Boginisoko and a passenger, a vehicle search led to the discovery of a loaded assault rifle, two loaded magazines, and marijuana.

Boginisoko was arrested and booked into the county jail where he is being held on $80,000 bail. He is being charged with two misdemeanors and six felonies including felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition and possession of an assault rifle.
