Three Suspects Force Early-morning Entry Into Elk Grove House, Confront Residents With Handgun

Three Elk Grove residents were confronted in their house by armed burglars early Monday morning.

Shortly after 1 a.m on Monday, February 27 three unknown suspects forced entry into a residence on the 9000 block of Testerman Way while the occupants were sleeping. When confronted by the residents, one of the suspects displayed a handgun.

Before fleeing, one of the suspects stole a child backpack. Responding Elk Grove Police officers were unable to locate the suspects and the victims were not injured during the event.
