Wilton Rancheria Press Conference This Morning, Casino Announcement Expected; Watch it Live Here

The Wilton Rancheria has announced it will be holding a press conference this morning in Elk Grove.

The press conference will be conducted at 10 a.m. and will be held at the Outlet Collection at Elk Grove, near the site of the tribes proposed $400 million casino. No details were provided regarding the event other than "a major announcement" will be made with Tribal Chairman Raymond "Chuckie" Hitchcock and other Elk Grove community leaders on hand.

• Access the YouTube main page
• In the search box enter ElkGroveNews - one word
• The next screen will show Elk Grove News with a small red rectangular box with "Live"
• Click on the image, which will be a picture of the unfinished mall
• Click on the image that appears, which will be at the Outlet Collection at Elk Grove
• The program is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. so we will go live about five minutes before the start
• The program will be titled Wilton Rancheria Press Conference 

A few technical notes:

• This new service from Google/YouTube is in its Beta phase so it is not without minor glitches
• If during the broadcast an error message or the feed stops, try refreshing the screen; if that doesn't bring back the live feed,
• Repeat the original access process above
• There is about a two minute delay
• In our tests, each segment lasts about 15 minutes so be advised
• The strength of the broadcast is dependent on the strength of the signal, so if the broadcast stops, the broadcast will be restarted with each subsequent broadcast being titled Wilton Rancheria Press Conference 2, etc.
