Trio Arrested by Elk Grove Police on Suspicion of Late Night Business Burglary

Three men are in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after being arrest on suspicion of burglarizing an Elk Grove business.

After receiving a call from a witness at 2:50 a.m on Wednesday, May 16 who observed unknown suspects breaking into a business on the 9600 block of Elk Grove-Florin Road, Elk Grove Police responded to the area an found three men leaving the area in a rental truck. After stopping the vehicle, a search led to the alleged discovery of property stolen from the business.

All three vehicle occupants, Nicholas Sharpnack, 33, Justin Williams, and Jay Thompson, 58, all of Sacramento were arrested and booked into the county jail. Arraignment will be on Friday, May 18.
