The events of this last week revolving around the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court nomination have been nothing short of extraordinary. But in all the hoopla, let's not forget the law and order logic of his Republican defenders.
Yes, let not forget that our legal system works on the presumption of innocence, and the due process created to determine innocence or guilt. Nor, let's not forget the lack of corroborating evidence supporting the accusations.
Or the new standards of Justice is you have to prove your innocence. And belief alone is sufficient to imput guilt?
